I am a C-level executive with 20+ years of experience leading large-scale operations, digital transformation, and strategic growth in the mobility, automotive, and fleet services sectors.

Throughout my career, I have built and managed high-performing teams across finance, technology, sales, after-sales, customer experience, vehicle operations and corporate strategy. I specialize in transforming complex organizations into scalable, data-driven, and customer-centric businesses.

I began my journey in audit and consulting (Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young), and have since played a key leadership role in Intercity’s rise from a 2,000-vehicle operation to Turkey’s largest mobility group with 50,000+ vehicles. Over the past two decades, I have served as Deputy CFO, CTO, COO and currently CEO of Intercity Center — responsible for all fleet services supporting 30,000+ vehicles and 3,000 corporate clients.

Today, I lead a 300+ people organization with mega service centers, nationwide operations, and a growing digital infrastructure. My focus is operational excellence, customer experience, AI-enabled transformation, and building the largest unified mobility and service network in Turkey.

I have also been deeply involved in major corporate transactions, investor relations, and strategic partnerships, working closely with banks, global OEMs, institutional investors, and venture capital firms.
